In the premiere episode, the dears (Chris & John) get primped and primed for their summer long road trip, including a stop at their favvy hair-snippers, Wave Zone Salon, and their numero-uno discount shopping mecca, Dollarama! Let's not forget their sweet, mocha tans courtesy of Urban Sun Tanning Gallery!

After a few run-ins in the US of A, Chris and John arrive in Erie, Pennsylvanie-I-A for the Erie Pride Picnic and face a grim discovery (apparently folks do things differently in Yankee town than they do up in Canuckland... who knew?). It's not long before the dears find themselves an irresistible challenge to sink their fangs into... can you say MATCH MAKERS?! The day included a fabulous dinner-date at Paper Moon, bowling at Green Garden Bowling Lanes and a night of dancing at Trance Night Club!
